Using this site
Everything here is free. There is nothing to pay and no subscription.
You may use our tools and read our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t scrape the site, copy our content wholesale, or republish it as your own. If you’d like to share or reference something, get in touch — we’re usually glad to say yes.
This service is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian.
Your Pet Passport account
Creating a Pet Passport requires only an email address. There is no password — we send a one-time code to your email when you sign in.
This means anyone with access to your email can access your pet’s records. Please keep your email account secure.
You are responsible for the information you enter. We do not verify it. Please keep it accurate — the reminders we send are calculated from what you tell us.
This is not veterinary advice
We are not veterinarians and no veterinarian reviews our content. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Your Pet Passport is a personal record, not proof of vaccination or a certificate.

Your data
What we store, why, and your rights over it are set out in our Privacy Notice.
In short: we store your email and your pet’s details to send you schedules and reminders. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with groomers, clinics, advertisers or anyone else without asking you first.
You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
Your content
Anything you upload — pet photos, documents, notes — stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it back to you, so the service works. We won’t use it for anything else, or publish it, without asking you.
Please only upload material you have the right to upload.
Availability
We are a small operation. The site may be unavailable at times, features may change, and emails may occasionally fail to arrive. We’ll do our best, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service.
We may change or withdraw features. If we ever discontinue the Pet Passport, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your records.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your records at any time — just email us.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Liability
You use the site at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or harm — to you, your animals, or anyone else — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site, its tools, its content or its reminders.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make a significant change to how we handle your data, we will ask for your consent again.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
