This notice explains what PawsitiveHoomans stores when you use the Pet Vaccination Tracker or create a Pet Passport, why we store it, and what control you have over it.
We have written this in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us at pawsitivehoomanqueries@gmail.com and we will explain.
Who we are
PawsitiveHoomans (pawsitivehoomans.com) is an independent animal-welfare platform based in India, covering dogs, cats and cattle.

What we store
When you save a pet, we store:
- Your email address
- Your pet’s name, species, breed, sex and date of birth or estimated age
- Reproductive status, if you provide it
- The vaccination schedule generated for your pet
- Any vaccination records you enter, including dates and custom vaccine names
- Any care reminders you set, such as grooming or deworming
- Weight entries and symptom notes, if you log them
- A photo of your pet, if you upload one
What we do NOT store:
- We do not ask for or store your name, phone number, address or payment details
- We do not store any password — signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email
- We do not track your location
Why we store it
- To generate your pet’s vaccination schedule
- To email you that schedule
- To send reminders before a vaccination or care task is due
- To let you sign in and see your pet’s records
That is all. We do not use your data for anything else.
Who can see it
Only you. Your records are visible only to the email address they were saved under.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with groomers, boarding centres, veterinary clinics, advertisers or any other business. If we ever want to share anything with a partner, we will ask you first, specifically, and you can say no.
Service providers we use to run the platform, who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — our database, hosted in Mumbai, India
- Google (Gmail) — to send you emails
- Make.com — to schedule and send reminder emails
Where it is stored
In India. Our database is hosted in the Mumbai region.
How long we keep it
For as long as you keep your Pet Passport. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it. If you stop using the service entirely, write to us and we will remove your records.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you everything we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your pet’s records or your entire account
- Stop sending you reminder emails
Write to pawsitivehoomanqueries@gmail.com and we will action it. We aim to respond within 7 days.
A note on health information
PawsitiveHoomans is an information and record-keeping tool. It is not a veterinary service, and nothing in it is veterinary advice or a diagnosis.
Vaccination schedules are based on published guidance — WSAVA guidelines for dogs and cats, and the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) schedule for cattle — and timing varies by vet, vaccine and region. Records you enter are your own; we do not verify them. Always confirm with a qualified veterinarian.
Anti-rabies vaccination is legally required in India.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we store or why, we will update this notice and ask for your consent again where required. The version and date appear at the top.
