Where to apply
Nagar Nigam Jaipur’s citizen services page has a “Dog \ Cat Registration” link, which opens the Pet Registration System at animalreg.ulbonline.com. [S1] You log in with your mobile number and an OTP. [S2]
Step by step
- Click New User and verify your mobile number with the OTP. [S3]
- Fill in the owner’s and the pet’s details. [S3]
- Upload the documents. [S3]
- Accept the declaration, then click “Save & Pay”. [S3]
- Once the corporation approves the application, download your certificate. [S3]
