Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) issues pet dog licences through its Animal Husbandry Department, and you can apply online on NMC’s Civic Services portal. - New licence: the “pet or dog registration license” service on NMC’s Civic Services portal. [S1]
- Renewal: the “pet or dog registration license – renewal” service. [S1]
You’ll need to log in to the portal to apply.
What the application asks
- Your personal details and your dog’s details, including its sex [S3]
- Your area (zone): Satpur, Nashik West, Nashik East, Panchavati, New Nashik (CIDCO) or Nashik Road [S3]
- Whether your dog was licensed in the previous year [S3]
Documents to upload

- Dog’s immunisation certificate (PDF)
- Photographs of the dog (JPG, PNG, JPEG or GIF)
